You are interviewing contestants of the opposite sex for either El Soltero or La SolteraAs an interviewer, you will work with your group to come up with a list of 15 questions that you feel will enable you to get to know each candidate and understand what he or she is looking for in the perfect media naranja. |
Construct your questions using the following tenses or moods. The questions listed are sample questions only. |
When you are on the questioning panel, decide if your question is for all the candidates or just for a certain person or for several individuals. Make a scorecard and keep a tally of how you rate the responses. Make notes of any answers that stood out for you. When the questioning phase is finished, you will convene with your group and select the person you all feel is the best candidate. |
Now, in turn, you will be interviewing as a contestant on El Soltero or La SolteraYou will be interviewed by a panel composed of the opposite sex. |
As a candidate, try to anticipate what questions you may be asked. You may bring a CV (rèsumé) (short) with data that you don't want to forget. Use bullets. Think of the questions your group created - can you answer the questions you created? Do NOT write out sentences. You receive no credit for Reading anything (especially since reading isn't interesting to everyone else.) Be sure to use only the Spanish from the class. You should not need a dictionary. Try to think of simple ways to construct your answers (and questions!) so that they can be easily understood. |
